Kelsey is a licensed RMHCI with over 3 years of experience working with children and teens in various settings and has been training with Dr. Karlinsky for over a year. Kelsey’s own journey as a former client, her faith, and her love for creativity gave her the desire to serve others and eventually become a therapist.
Kelsey enjoys working with children and teens with a focus on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and child-parent relationships. She uses a combination of emotions-focused, somatic, art, and play therapy approaches.
Outside of the office, Kelsey finds joy in visual and performing arts, visiting new boba shops, playing tennis with friends, and traveling to the mountains.
