Cathleen is a licensed RMHCI. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has trained under Dr. Karlinsky. She believes in a holistic approach to care and empowering clients to facilitate change.
Cathleen creates a collaborative space for her clients where they feel safe and heard to encourage self-discovery and self-awareness. Her areas of interest are anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and parent training.
Cathleen has been in the field of education for over 12 years and is eager to bring her developed skills of empathy, active listening, and tolerance to the therapy environment.
In her free time, you can find her reading, gardening, running, or adventuring with her husband and 4 children.
